Hi sir My ankle bone is dislocated due to running and fell down I have done xray in xran bone is dislocated I have been taking diclofenac oarace and serepatodase what should I do???

It also hurts at the back of the knee.
No tips here on how NOT to squash the grape! And what if I do? What do I do to correct the problem?
Hi Tim - thanks for reaching out. This video, a few years old, is now a little outdated in terms of thinking and instruction on inner core exercises. You may be better off checking out some of Tim's videos on basic core exercises (on our channel). Hope that helps.
I'm struggling to stand but I'm ok to drive a car, cycle or sleep at night. It's only when I stand the lower back twists with tight spasm. I can't walk normally without this pain

World's greatest stretch; pigeon pose; wall sits with a upward then downward motion against the wall. Please be advised I'm not a medical professional, just sharing my opinion.
