The KEY To Playing SOLO - Hunt Showdown
มุมมอง 54K2 ปีที่แล้ว
The irrefutable best way to play solo in Hunt Showdown. Like and Subscribe if you're a true Hunter.
Thanx for the tips bro. I appreciate that. As a PUBG player, i get nervous when i get to RANKED matches. Because, most of the players are cheaters there unfortunately. Regular matches goes pretty smooth, but sometimes there are also cheaters which annoys a lot but mostly cheaters are in RANKED matches. 🤔 You got new subber
hunter forever. the sad gunslinger incels in comments lmao.
Headshots for me are harder at close range for some reason, i instantly aim for the chest / leg area and i dont know how to stop lmao
i have no prob with getting headshots just when its long range like top mid to window on mirage
after 5000 hours of gunslinger i'm changing to hunter mode .. it feels more smooth in terms of peeking turning and positioning but it will take a while to adapt
are players good because they use hunter or do they use hunter because they are good?
Nice knife and glove combo, btw, good molly :)
W, i got this exact issue and this yapping about the whole thing just made me realize how im avoiding to play because im afriad to lose (my rank, since im at my peak elo wise). really good advice even if its just the most basic thing if you really think about it.
bro is straight up 3 inches away from the monitor 💀
Tbh in cs2 I noticed this with the hitbox, I’ve started doing this and it’s actually much better.
I remember this from Coldzera, he used to aim at the neck area
Yeah, its actually where I originally learned the concept from years ago.
Step 1: use aimbot
This is a real problem that I have seen exist for all players regardless of experience. It is a personal issue when it comes to confidence and fear of proving that they're not good enough or suffering from other mental health related issues and it affects how they perceive a loss especially when you care about the game and your ability. It is certainly a real issue and it's separate from your skill level. great video on things that should be talked about.
u funny af bro
I appreciate that broski
great content, keep it up. very in depth even for a surface level view. very useful.
great advice! its always the small 1% differences that you really don't practice for but can perfect that allows you to get to the next level.
Fantastic video, topic I rarely hear people talk about. f0rest talked about this like 20 years ago, something I rarely hear people talking about now days. This idea of aiming at the very bottom of the head means that if you dont hit the HS, you will hit it with your second bullet.
Yeah I remember him and coldzera talking about it, it really is a great little tip to make securing kills that bit easier.
when people aim at dark rooms standing up on the hill or tower and kill someone with headshot. if you cannot see anyone on video recording then that might be hacking.
Helped me a lot! Ty
Didn't even know this concept had a name but yeah I do get queue anxiety. Thanks for the tips!
Of course man, I'm glad I could help!
I've recently noticed I play a hell of a lot better when I'm sober. It sounds obvious, but I was smoking weed daily and it made me wildy inconsistent. I recently had my best game of ancient where I dropped 37 kills and we were able to take the game back from them in OT. I believe the weed was making me just play a lot more casual and a looser play style
I smoke but I only smoke when I'm either not playing or playing on my alt account with my friends because it harms my performance as well. It can def make focusing on the game harder and make you play a more carefree kind of style which typically just means wideswinging everything (at least for me lol) and just trying to outaim the opponent.
When I was starting out CS competitive by solo queuing for the first time, I got kicked and abused for the first few games That was the most queue anxiety I’ve ever had, because it took a mental toll on me especially as a new player, almost turned me away from the game Thankfully I stuck to it and now it’s all good
play more office you liberal.
Actually the first i see someone address this issue
Yeah man I appreciate it, I just wanna help people and noticed no one has spoken about this despite the fact that I have heard so many people having this problem.
super valid advice, my queue anxiety just comes from queuing in 20k lobbies with spinbotters tho looool
Thank you, I appreciate the kind words, and yeah bro that's why I only play faceit tbh LOL
💪💪
Uhhhh i think queue anxiety is directly correlated to regular anxiety maybe see a doctor?
No
There’s no fucking way this is a problem
It definitely is, just because its not a problem you have doesn't mean its not something people struggle with. I have spoken with many people who have this problem.
@@maverickiwnl That’s wild
@@rohdger3390 A couple months ago I had queue anxiety just because I would expect too much from randoms. When I would queue with buddies they're usually ~ faceit rank 10, but randoms hardly ever have that much knowledge/skill. It would make it hard to queue when I had that mental block, nowadays I just queue whatever and care a lot less ab ranks but this video struck a chord with me because its basically the same thing I did to get over it. <3 plus bro has iwnl in the name so you know he's a real OG, solid advice if needed.
you're really queued
ON GODDDDD
For me I don't care if I win or lose but I have high expectations on how to play the game and prefer to play team based opposed to PUG style run around DMing. That's where my "queue anxiety" comes from, wanting to play the game the correct way but always having people who don't understand the game beyond pressing W and trying to ace.
That's fair, but you have to realize your average player is going to be a fucking bot and all you can do is focus on yourself and play your best CS. Learning to deal with/play with shit players and how to properly manage them is a really important skill imo. GLHF bro
there is no one "correct" way to play the game correctly lol. if you want to play super structured team based then join a team
@@qasi111 The beauty of CS is there are plenty of ways to play and do it correctly. There are also plenty of ways to play the game incorrectly which was my point with people running around trying to be aim stars. The game is way more than just aim and being top frag but 99% of players don't understand that which leads to so many "incorrect" plays being made. Team based CS will always be the correct way to play because it's a team based game. The team who cooperates more is going to win the vast majority of their games and that goes for solo queue as well. I've been on teams and they're sadly usually just a headache. Always someone whos gunna miss practice or can't be there when you need them to be. Conflicting egos / personalities / annoying people. Shit is way harder than just "join a team" 😂
🤘
✌
I prefer hunter, mostly because it makes the game feel so much more unique. Trudging through swamps and feilds rifle down, alert and sweeping the surrounding for threats. Hunter feels like it has so much more player interaction and tactility, its gives texture to its gameplay. I truly do feel as though people that use gunslinger are really missing out, i was one of them. Glad i tried out hunter
2:36 I always allow teams of three cuz they’re very cocky and super loud. Makes it easy to know where to go, or where not to go 😂😂😂
Dude this is helpful but why you're saying "fuck" all the time? It's really irritating.
fuck
new sub gameplay is real and honest hard to find these days
maverickkkkkkk
the key is to camp but its boring
Hunter mode is useless old relic since you can just set shoulder fov normal and hold weapon toggle key with thumb button to lower gun. Witch i'll never use it. It makes my movement and aiming slow and complicated as f
Once you get used to hunter i find it objectively better. But how long that takes can vary by player. Maybe some people will never get it to be automatic. I suspect for many payers it's not worth the time to train it. But for me, my overall speed and movement improved ten fold once I got hunter rolling. It forces faster play and more deliberate actions. I went from 4 to now full time 6 star after the switch. It just made me so much faster. (i mean this is like 1.5k hours ago, but it really sped me up) -Not to mention, higher FOV without active effort (lower button for gunslinger - which i rarely see used in the heat of battle/between shots. whereas with hunter, it just happens once you release all input) -i cant tell you how many wall bang kills i get on gunslinger players because their barrels are poking! It's insane. Maybe one/two a game? Sometimes more. -Melee with left click and thus transition back into guns is so fast and slick with hunter. My melee game went from zero to hero after hunter. All i can say is for people to at least give it a try. Play hunter for a week or something. No harm to try. But thus far, anyone who I have gotten to tried it for a week or so.. has never gone back
You should do more hunt showdown vids

You go “I’m playing connector” in vc and then you always get a team mate who just pushes in there anyways regardless of your call 🤣
I know the struggle but if you just keep going there and make it clear you’re going to play there then you should be good. And if they don’t wanna swap off you can always go window which can be just as impactful if you are decent at AWPing but the AWP is definitely weaker in CS2 than it was in GO
@@maverickiwnl oh trust me I make it very clear, just people that are 7k- Do not listen, only when I get decent teams close to my rating at 12k are we able to play coordinated. I usually just end up playing window or moving to cat if we already have a solid awper there.
Love videos like these, keep it up 😊
Thanks man, I'll be sure to make more and always keep improving the video quality.
Appreciate this bro!
Insanely useful. More of these videos about the most impactful position on more maps, or just more videos in this style about the positions you play would be great.
Thanks bro, will do 👍
