This "unstoppable move" is just bs. Connor is blocking his sword with his own head while Duncan can freely cut his arm and neck by just moving his sword to the side. Prime example of movies often doing swordfights completely wrong. Stuff like that, turning the back to the opponent and waving the sword around like a child usually fill out the checkbook of dumb movie swordfights. 😁

They Absolutely Chose the Right Person to Play the “Highlander” Adrian Paul was Sensitive, Extremely Handsome and Intelligent. I also believed that he worked extremely hard on the Role, to Portray “Duncan Macleod of the Klan Macleod!” Now we have all gotten older, and so has he. Yet, he was definitely the Perfect Person for the Job and some great looking Eye Candy for the 90’s. Thank You Adrian Paul. God Bless You, Your Wife and Your Children ❤

Me gusta ser uno q conoce amigas vive..aprendo de su historial (cuestionó en mi casa)lo que muestra la serie..🇲🇽En mi caso existio la mujer que me iso sentir diferente como nos muestra haighlander,veo mi casa solitaria y pienso en eya,q es una casa muerta,a eya le uviera gustado...(Mi cocina y sala aunque este bien su buelve gris pienso)Si muchos estan viviendo de una forma mal y es cuando toman el eje.y se buelve lo ven una pocicion muy grande..Lanzamiento de fuerzas un tema largo entre otras cosas.El ejército es pasar por algo en la vida,(vivir algo) lo q eyos decían,se entendían viviendo lo mismo, aún recuerdo las palabras de mi amigo y difunta enamorada viven en mis memorias.The army is going through something (living something) what they said, they understood each other living the same thing, I still remember the words of my friend and deceased lover live in my memories.

They never commented on the scene where Dunkin and Conner had to fight each other on the roof of that building Where Dunkin had to kill Connor to get his power! that would help Dunkin beat kaul that was a touching scene!

0 seconds ago I know Christopher and Adrian didn’t know each other prior to the “Pilot” episode. I also know most actors probably wouldn't look kindly on another actor inheriting their franchise. But the great writing was there! The acting talent was there! When you watch the two of them, you really believe they’ve been friends for years.

How is it Duncan always has his sword and it doesnt show or stick him?????

Chris/Connor was good but Adrian/Duncan was great

Duncan was very young when the training took place (1631-1592 is 39 actual years old). I think this was before Duncan’s first quickening(s) so he had a lack of training beyond Clan warfare (he was killed in Battle) so it wasn’t the same as 400 year old Duncan who had significant training and experience. Duncan seemed more active in the game than Connor was throughout his life but they both had period out of it. Conner supposedly had 262 kills to Duncan’s 174 in endgame and Kell having 661 so only explanation is Kell sought out immortals to kill where the other two didn’t and avoided killing. It was mentioned thatConnor didn’t have will to live longer besides in Duncan - Connor took the deaths of the few he loved even harder and he loved Duncan like both a father and brother. Duncan had far more social relationships in life than Connor had - Conner was a loner who didn’t attach easily where Duncan had many friends throughout his life and was more extroverted. He knew Duncan would live on where Duncan’s death would have broken Conner as it was really his only significant living attachment. The characters have kinship but were very different people.

Nobody overheard them talking about immortals but I guess real reason is they all spoke Italian in there and nobody knew English especially in whatever year this was in 1600s.
