Raising a Puni Army - Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - #8
With Flurrie's help, Mario and Punio find the secret entrance to the Great Tree. There they find out that most of the Punis were imprisoned by the X-Nauts, who are looking for the Crystal Star. Worse still, the X-Nauts have allied themselves with the Jabbi Tribe, who are the rivals of the Punis. We must now free some Punis and form an army to liberate the tree!

Best of the Star Fox games. Played it so much back in the late 90's. Are we going to see a collect all medals - and what comes with that video?
I plan on doing a livestream myself getting the rest of the medals in Expert Mode in the future. I don't know when that will be, however. But I definitely plan on doing it!

Hi JT, how are you doing? I am playing Zelda Breath of the Wild and would like to ask you something. How did you destroy the Rito boss (from Vah Medoh dungeon)? Have you showed it in any video? That is it, thanks for any help!
Hello, Andre! When I fought Windblight Ganon (the Vah Medoh boss), I made sure to already have the Master Sword to make the fight a lot easier. When he goes up in the air, try to find the wind gusts around the arena and use the Paraglider to glide up. Then use your bow and arrow to shoot him in the eye to damage him. When he's on the ground, just hit him with your weapon and watch out for the tornadoes he summons. In the second phase of the battle, sometimes he'll try to shoot missiles at you, but you can hide behind the pillars in the arena to block them. I did a live stream of Breath of the Wild last year where I fought the boss. Disclaimer: I know practically nothing about Stellar Blade so I can't say if the sexy character design is a plus or minus there. These are just general opinions. I do find it jarring when a character design is just "conventionally attractive thin person (and/or woman with large boobs) in a skimpy outfit" and the piece of media does nothing interesting with that, or it's in a context where that design makes no sense. Is everyone else in the setting designed with the same logic? If not, are there reasons the sexy character is designed so differently? Sexualized character designs aren't inherently good or bad but they do get used thoughtlessly pretty often, and that's open to criticism like anything else. (Personal attacks/accusations against the artists are out of line, though.)
That's fair. Sometimes characters are designed to be sexy "just because", and it can be a little jarring. Because it's like "Well, why are they like this? Is it because sex sells? Is it because the dev team are perverts?" And in the case of Stellar Blade, yeah, the other female characters (from what I've seen in the demo) seem to be dressed similarly to Eve (the protag), so I guess it's just how the characters look in that game. It's the same as in Nier Automata. I don't know why 2B and the YoRHa androids are dressed in short skirts and high heels, but they are. But a lot of the criticisms for Stellar Blade is "this game shouldn't be made because I don't like how the characters are sexy", whereas Hades II seemed to get a pass in spite of the sexuality.
I just recently got a Nintendo 64 and this was one of the first games i played. I forgot how fun this game was and how much playability it has.
It really is an amazing game! And even to this day, I have fun playing through it now and again.

Hi JT, I hadn't noticed that you have played even Paper Mario 64 here on the channel. You also played Super Mario RPG and now are playing Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door. If I am not wrong, all these games are turn-based. I have never played a turn-based RPG. However, recently I acquired Super Mario RPG, in order to start learning such genre from it. If I like Super Mario RPG, I will certainly attempt to play Paper Mario TTYD. So, how would you compare Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario TTYD?
Hello! I would say that Super Mario RPG is closer to a standard JRPG gameplay wise, since it uses a more traditional party system, as well as having things like changeable weapons and equipment, and the characters have different roles (one specializes in healing, another might specialize in magic, etc.) Paper Mario 64 and Paper Mario TTYD only lets one party member fight alongside Mario, and Mario's weapons are story progression-based. It also requires you to use Mario and his party members' abilities to explore and solve puzzles. So it's not like a traditional JRPG like Super Mario RPG. Paper Mario 64 was one of my earliest let's play series, and I've been wanting to play TTYD for my channel for years. So I finally decided to do so with the Switch release. I enjoyed the original TTYD on GameCube, and so far I've been loving the Switch re-release. I definitely do recommend playing TTYD!

I am also in the beginning of Zelda Breath of the Wild, and in this game I have already seen some very discouraging things, like the laser Guardians and the super-complicated-to-climb Towers like Ridgeland and Akkala.
