DIY Telecaster thinline - Sound demo
In this video I am demonstrating my recently-built partscaster plugged into a Peavey Classic 50 4x10" amplifier, on both clean & distorted channel (plus a chorus pedal, spring reverb comes from the amp).

This is an electric guitar that I built about 12 years ago, mostly with basic hand-tools. It's a superstrat-style guitar with some interesting features. I named it "Stergiocaster" as a mash-up of my name (Stergios) and the popular -caster suffix of Fender guitars. This is a new guitar I made using a wine gift box, a stratocaster style neck and some pieces of a spruce (or pine) wooden shelf. Well, I named it Winecaster...! The idea came from cigar box guitars. Stergiocaster - Handmade guitar sound clip

Stergiocaster is a superstrat guitar I have constructed between 2010-2012 according to a fender showmaster (R) specs. Body: Alder w/quilted maple carved top, neck: Maple w/rosewood fretboard. Colour: "Ocean" sunburst. This is a sample of what it sounds like. I play parts of the songs: Little wing, Hey Joe & Moonchild. Enjoy! Hi James,thank you for your comment. You are totally right about the low volume. I just don't have proper recording equipment.I shot the video using my smartphone and I edited it with Movie maker (the standard windows programm). I don't think there is an option there for sound enhanching.
