An estimate is what it could cost (it could be less or it could be more). A quote is usually a fixed price and doesn't fluctuate like an estimate would. A budget is the amount the customer is willing to spend.

My salute to you. Your ideas and training company is awesome! You are different from others because you apply culture in your presentation/talk--probably unconsciously and automatically. I think this is necessary for EFL/ESL learners around the world. Most of us who are non-native speakers seem to think that as long as you know the English vocabulary and grammar, you can communicate in English successfully. That's not always true. I think culture is the key. Let me illustrate my point with my own experience. I went to the US in 1966 for one year as an exchange student from Asia. One day our host in New Jersey prepared a nice buffet dinner for about ten of us. She pointed to the food on the table and said, "Please help yourself". I felt bad. (I thought she was reprimanding us!) I thought she meant, "Why don't you get the food yourself, you idiot? I'm not going to do it for you." It was years later that I understood what she meant! Another example has to do with sarcasm that is quite common in any language. When I was about 4, I went fishing for the first time in my life and got a small fish after a minute or two. Because it was the very first fish that I caught by myself, I was so excited that I ran all the way to my grandma, who was sitting on the porch. She smilingly said, "That fish is blind!" I looked at the fish, saw nothing wrong with its eyes, so I said, "No, it's not blind!" It took me twenty or thirty years to understand what my grandma really said....

Say you have a product. To market it, you came up with a brand for that particular product. Before releasing the product, you register the brand. The brand that you have officially registered is now a trademark. Is that right?
