SHAME on Scarborough Council of 2018, to sign off this beautiful and strong building to be demolished. Fucking disgusting.

Such a wonderful building, so much could be obtained from this building as in the past, bring the theatre back to the life it deserves not destroyed forever as many other beautiful buildings in Doncaster. Are there any walks, tours that are availble to be able to take photograghs of the theatre before the old decoration would be changed.

Please please please keep this theatre make it a museum like the girls school at waterdale we should glass up the old buildings and history locations so they are glassed up and the structure and safe. I really would love to see the inside of this historical theatre one day. What if the shop inside frenchgate thats above the theatre turned into an entrance to the museum and a glass view of the trainstation also a floor glass view to look down the theatre also you can take a row off seats away and glass the top floor seat so you can sit on the top and look down get the lighting in and make it look magical

I learnt to swim there in the 50's went most Saturdays. When I was older I used the Turkish Baths which are the tiled room you visited later in the video, they are located in the basement. It's a listed building as you know and should be reinstated by the council. Harrogate opened its Spa including its turkish baths and is making a nice profit. Kids need excersise so a swimming pool rather than a cinema would have been great for them. Doncaster Council need to make getting this building back to its former glory as a PRIORITY.!!

fantastic building that needs to be saved! its amazing its lasted this long without being set on fire. this should have been turned back into a theatre before the new one that the council have had built. i also won't be going to the new cinema that is being built as they knocked down a perfectly fine listed, Gaumont! doncaster council should be hung in public!

Such a shame that Burnley Borough Council cannot offer more support in terms if finance but can always find more money for other projects such as round concrete balls in the pedestrian walkway.

@sbowesuk kirkcaldy is a shit hole and the high Street has always been an eyesore the only good thing about kirkcaldy was the links Market and even that now is garbage so if kirkcaldy town centre was to shut down completely then I wouldn't give two fucks! I only lived there I was born in Fife the two shops that will guaranteed to never close is the job centre and pharmacy's for all the dole bums and junkies that live in the dump!
