That is a 77 Buick Regal Body on a 76 Olds Cutlass chassis with a 350 Oldsmobile motor…the nose and tail pieces are 84 Caprice…I've enjoyed running that car over the years...

Not sure what crack pipe the 12 is smoking from but posting this on Facebook that the 99 came down on him, he must not have been in the same race as we are all seeing in this video. Not only did he jack Cary up getting into the turn he was nice enough to finish him off coming down the front straightaway!!!
