I recently placed an order with MakerBazar for a premium soldering iron and a 1kg modeling clay pack. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. First, the product I received was not what I ordered. Instead of the 1kg clay pack, I received a mere 250gm packet, which was utterly disappointing. Additionally, the soldering iron came with a broken plug, rendering it unusable right out of the box. When I contacted MakerBazar for a replacement or resolution, their response was appalling. Rather than taking responsibility for the faulty product and incorrect order, they had the audacity to suggest that I get the plug repaired myself. As for the clay, they simply brushed it off by claiming it had dried during transit, without offering any reasonable solution. To add insult to injury, MakerBazar offered a mere 20 rupees as cashback, which is laughable considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by their poor service and product quality. Overall, my experience with MakerBazar has been nothing short of pathetic. Their lack of customer support, disregard for quality control, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me utterly dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company, as the risk of receiving subpar products and encountering frustrating service is simply not worth it. Rating: 1/5 stars
