my swift had centre floor collapsed, that is its not delaminated but foam core broken, floor could be seen to move from under the van, my fix is to add 17mm plywood base on top of chassis then do this repair

Had one of these as a first van to trial them, was a bit newer but a decent starter for a few months

Quick question, if the barrel has broke one of the lugs like the example you showed & is able to be taken out without stripping down the full door lock and handle can you simply put a new barrel straight in to the locating lugs?

What does it $$cost for this mini caravan

I can never understand why, instead of a seperate oven and grill, why dont the manufacturers just supply a decent sized convection microwave with grill. Then you could use the conventional oven space for something else. Or mount the microwave where the oven is, and you could have more high level storage.

Thank you so much. Fitting a new bathroom and we are using the caravan for the shower ( house full of girls)so the caravan is very bisey. Work 6 Days a week Sunday only day to fit the bathroom. Come home from work and they have broken the baral and pulled the door handel off the caravan. I naw now why they say it tackes a man to have girl.🙂

Thanks. Gave me the confidence to replace the lock barrel myself. Much cheaper than the replacement catch I was quoted for!

Thanks, made life a lot easier for me at 4pm on a Sunday in a campsite 6hrs from home. Expensive handle from a local dealer (surprisingly had one in stock!)but at least it’s fixed now with a bit of help from this video👍
