Alright bud, I am well. I hope you are well?. Regarding rods I'm probably not the best person to ask as I'm rather new at see fishing and only used a selection of rods, my 1st rods starting out was a shakespare salt 13ft from go outdoors for £30 and a black 14ft boyes rod for £25. These rods were super cheap and got me fishing to make sure I like the hobbie. When I have saved up some money, i found out that the Sonic Blacks 14ft rods for the price is a good for around £130( I use one of these) and the akios fury 420fx around £150... other rods around that price range would alos be a much improvement than a super budget rod abd i know its a little bit more than 100, but they are worth it and can handle most situations from beaches to Eastry fishing... hope that helps bud.

Due to this being a commercial boat, the aim is to catch as much mackerel as possible. Using short hook lengths reduces the risk of tangles and snagging. A fish finder helps locate the fish, allowing you to drop the hooks right onto them, encouraging them to strike and get caught.

Despite what people say, I've fished Yellow Cross on 7 metre tides. It's no good casting straight in front when you have a tide running. I used to walk uptide, sometimes as far as 20 metres plus. Walking back to my tripod, I let more line out, then just sat the rod down, and let the tide take up the slack. I never liked it once the line looked down tide from where I was fishing. Let it go past, and it stops, its probably fast on something.

Thanks for the support and for subscribing it really means a lot! Flounders seem to be all I’m catching at the moment. It might be down to the storm or the fresh water in the river, but I don’t mind. Makro can be a solid spot, though! Regarding the channel using my content, it’s a Chinese channel with 18k subs. None of it is in English it’s dubbed with AI voiceovers, subtitles, and graphics. I doubt naming them would do anything except drive views to their content. I’ll just focus on making it harder for them to crop out my watermarks or remove me entirely. My biggest hope is that TH-cam cracks down on these AI content-stealing channels, as they provide no real value to the platform.

Hello bud. Thanks for commening - It was on the other reel bud, ( Red One ) it is a cheepy reel from boyes that i use if keep snagging and losing shock leader lol and get lazy to keep re tying. i havent bought braid yet for the surfblaster so not sure on the go to. i normally just fish with mono which is currently on the surfbalster ( 15-lb with 70-lb shock )

Do you mean through the night. if so then yes but not often and i go fishing from morning/ afternoon or everning but Depends on my family life ect... however, i do have videos of sessios during the night bud.

Alright, Bud. Thanks for commenting! I don’t know the postcode for this mark, but here are the coordinates: 53°42'46.9"N 0°18'17.1"W. You can’t park close to the water, but it’s only a short walk-about 5 minutes or so, depending on where you fish. The terrain is grass. Parking is nearby but limited, so please don’t block the road or park in front of the houses, as there are signs asking you not to. You can park on the opposite side on the grass, but just be respectful. If you make it there, have fun and tight lines!

​@@deemak3349 ohh dunno why they did'nt work on google maps, The road you park on is Ferry Road Goxhill, DN19 7NH ( Post code from a company on the same road bud) You should be able to use maps to locate the gate you walk through and the drain output is very visable for a refence abd can fish anywhere along the bank

Glad you found it, You can drive right down to the end of the road bud, there is no barriers for vans so its worth driving to the bottom to see if you can get parked close and then back track for walking. There are loads of videos on here of people fishing the mark. so you can give a good scout out before coming down.. also look at google maps and you can see where you can park. very visable.

Hello bud, yeah I have 18lbs mono main line and a 70lbs shock leader on both rods, as I don't cast no heavier then 7oz... the braid I use is 100lbs straight through.

Is it better to be closer to the water? New marks i keep my distance as i dont know how fast the water comes in on some Beaches. Mostly i just walk to where i want to fish and sit till i have to mvoe lol

If the beach is flat it would fill quickly, if is a steep beach it won't flood as quickly
