    • @carpfishinglab
      @carpfishinglab 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi @kencleg7721! 😊 Great question! The Albright Knot and the Alberto Knot are indeed similar, but they have a few key differences: Albright Knot: This is a traditional knot used to connect two lines of different diameters or materials. It's tied by wrapping the thinner line around the loop formed by the thicker line 10 times and then passing it back through the loop. Alberto Knot: This is a modified version of the Albright Knot and is often used by anglers to connect braided line to a fluorocarbon leader. The main difference is that with the Alberto Knot, after making the initial wraps down the loop, you make additional wraps back up the loop before tightening. This provides extra security and strength. I hope this helps clarify things! Happy fishing!

      @carpfishinglab all i have to say about them its the best carp reel for under 400 uk pounds yeah baisa or a shimano mag is better but these are a solid 3rd over all I love how strong they are no flexing under heavy casts the wind in handle is a game changer no play at all befor I had the obsidian I had the okuma trio rex I still have them will never part with them but the obsidian blow them out the water I had the shimano ultegra xtd when they came out 5 years back didn't last 6 months befor they started to grind so sold them and got the xte 14000 thought they would be better but they were just as bad so sold them bought the trio rex and still had enough money to buy my self the sonik insurgent as they were on sale for 50 uk pounds at the time I don't have a spod rod I use my carp rods and reels as only use the tiny old korda bait rockets to my stuff gets some hammering but the okumas are the only ones I found to last not need replacing every 3 to 4 years like shimano and daiwa

      Hey bro. I just had my first chance to for a session this past weekend. Used my old method on one rod and your Ronnie on the second. Got 3 double figure carp. 2 of them on the Ronnie. Fished a orange tutti fruity boilies over particle. I was very impressed so far. Thanx for the video again. Got a trip planned to France next month and will definitely slap the Ronnie on 2 rods out there. Keep it up.youre helping alot of newer anglers.
