* Mixing bowl, spoon, and baking pan

" Thanks for sharing your experience! While the Otto 128 Hz tuning fork is a great tool for joint and bone relief, overusing it or applying too hard. Use it for 1-2 minutes per area, then take a break and try around the joint rather than directly on it if the area feels tender. Your body needs time to adjust and respond to the therapy. If soreness continues, it might be best to give it a rest. Let me know if these tips help!"
