A questionable picnic detour
มุมมอง 264 หลายเดือนก่อน
On the way home to Toronto from a weekend with my mum and dad in Windsor, Suzanne agreed to taking a short detour to enjoy our modest picnic lunch away from the 401. She found this place. Not quite as billed, but it was a little adventure and an excuse to take some video and photos. maps.app.goo.gl/HYytCtyAJaBN73Sg7

I missed the moves of bass player Ashish Vyas and the signature vocals of Loulou Ghelichkhani but their sound always makes me move. An acquired taste perhaps, but new fans are always welcome. I love new interpretations of their beautiful tunes and new songs performed live keep me coming back for more.

A fantastic father & son trip including a short hike in Sedona plus a sunset, a day visit to the Grand Canyon in snow, and seeing a Canadian golfer win the WM Phoenix Open in Scottsdale in a playoff!

My son and I had a superb time at this fun PGA event. The day was made even more special with a brilliant win by our fellow Canadian Nick Taylor in a playoff.

Your video was truly beautiful and inspiring. As a fellow creator, I appreciate the effort you put into it. Sub and 👍3
@@KhurshidsChannel thank you Khurshid - I really appreciate your feedback.
Nice shots.
Loved watching this!😊 I'm 40 and started longboarding a few month ago. Today I'll get my Shape9, can't wait to try it! I've always wanted to try skateboarding, but never really did before. Love it, it makes me feel more alive!👌
I'd watch the video, but the camera placement is too uncomfortable. Imagine talking to someone and the person is THIS close to your face? You know what I mean?
Thanks for the comment Sasha and sorry it was too uncomfortable for you. I see we have very different videos to share.
Wow! Great footage! Nice job! 👍
Thanks for leaving a comment - I enjoyed the challenge.
Congrats on your new board from last year. Are you still enjoying it? I was just looking at the Dinghys on LY's website, but I was thinking about going for the "Fender" so that I could use much larger wheels -- I hate encountering all those uneven blocks of cement caused by tree roots for our Southern California sidewalks. You skate well and steadily. I'm 65, but have barely returned to skateboarding 1.5 years ago -- I've likely been on 10 rides since then. I hope to get "up to speed" before too long. 🙂 Cheers.
Still loving the board, but I’m not riding as often. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Enjoy your ride and be safe.
@@pjmixer Thanks, you do the same.
very nice video good music score with it as well
Thanks for the comment Dave. I get most of my music for free from TH-cam’s Audio Library - great resource and happy to give credit to some talented musicians.
“Exercise with a hint of danger”…😂👍
Cool video man. Thanks for sharing! It’s nice to have these relaxed cruising skate videos to watch when I can’t get out in my own board. Nice editing job too. Thanks and keep up the good work. 😎👍
Rock on, Ole Man! I ride Sector Nine LBs, Carver Mayhem and Dragon C7s, and Landyachtz Dinghy. I'm 61 so thanks for sharing and putting this together.
Thanks for leaving a comment Abe - rock on indeed. I can manage some modest banking at 58. But I can’t bring back my 4 wheel slide for the new downhill boards though.
#vanlife baby!
Amazing video bro! Can you do a video we’re you test of farting on a shape 9 will make you faster? Pretty please ❤🎉
Wow, there's a LOT in this video. Love all the connections...and the spring buds ;-)
Love the Shape 9. Such a classic shape.
Canadá el equipo mas infravaloro del futbol de la historia. tienen a un jugadorazo como Alfonso Davis que moriríamos por tenerlo de lateral
Very nice.
I’m jealous of your smooth roads! Great video man!
Thanks Lowkey
That was an awesome show. Doubt I'll ever be in the front again. People get too pushy there.
Happy birthday!! Wishing you a great year!
Very well done.
Amazing!
I watched Elora Part 2 before watching Elora Part 1 but it still worked - lol! Great content as always.
Thanks for watching and the feedback. I just finished pulling all the bits together: Blog: pjmixer.blogspot.com/2020/09/back-to-back-visits-to-elora.html Photos: www.flickr.com/gp/pjmixer/33w2v4
Love the story telling and the multi-media (?) approach. I smiled large when Kooper video-bombed you in the window! Thanks for the content - great story.
Yes!! I also love Sundays of a long weekend, looking at tree tops (shades of green). I enjoy hearing about your many, many hobbies and interests.
Great vlog!! Looking forward to the next one (no pressure)
Really excited that you have started vlogging! Love that you used some of your photos and video clips in the vlog interspersed with your commentary. Well done. Looking forward to the next one. Nice piano by @suze20TO as well! 💜💜💜
Thanks Kelly ☺️
Great start to vlogging - great tips for sorting photos. I think I've just given up on organizing. I let them pile up in the Cloud! Cheers!!
Cheers!
Love, love, love!!
Love this! So very funny.
great time laspe collection, did you get the first part from royal bank building? how did you open the windows?
Thanks Fingili, the first parts were taken from Brookfield Place (NE corner of Bay and Front) - the windows were closed :) - you can see reflections in some of the clips.
Thank you Phil!! What an amazing show. <3 <3 <3
Beautifully done. Thanks for making this @pjmixer!
Thx Gene
