Thank you very much. This has been by far the best intro to snakemake seen so far. It is at the right level of complexity where examples build up gradually towards more complex workflows. Futhermore, the result is a useful workflow which is not too complicated even for beginners. Congratulations and thanks again. Looking forward to seeing more ...
