Al Jackson is a musician, singer-songwriter who grew up in Maine, in the tiny little town of Bradley. AJ got his first guitar at the age of 16 (with 4 strings on it). He taught himself how to play guitar, bass, piano, drums and several other instruments. He wrote his first song at the age of 16, and to date, has penned over 200 original songs, many of which you will find on this channel. AJ formed his first band at the age of 17. He was an established wedding and event DJ for over 30 years, and was employed at The Zone Corporation, 3 radio stations in Bangor, Maine owned by author Stephen KIng. AJ and his wife Ronda moved to Georgia in 2015, and he's been recording his songs in his small home studio "AJ SOUND & RECORDING STUDIO". He plays all of the instruments and does all of the vocal work in nearly all of his songs, both covers and originals. AJ's songs range from Rock, to Country, to Contemporary Christian. "All About You God" - (Rough Demo) - Al Jackson Original
This song (and this recording) came to life one evening in my little home studio in Maine. It has several flaws musically and is miles from perfect, but I wanted to archive it for posterity. Maybe I'll do a refined studio version of it in the future. It has a fun, catchy little chorus that kind of draws you in...and before you know it, (hopefully) you realize "It's All About God".

This song was recorded in 1989 at the "Milford Days Celebration" in Milford, Maine. My band "Anybody's Guess" was hired to provide entertainment for the event. The audio is not great, but acceptable.
