I largely agree with your assessment - the gates not having manual locks (as a back up) was a huge flaw - for Carol’s flashback vision of Sophia provided a parallel to Ash losing his son. Carol is likely to intermittently continue to grieve over her many losses - Genet’s escape - I was okay with her disappearance, but Daryl made no effort to look for her

Crazy how we’re at least 10+ years into the apocalypse and apparently Daryl still has to teach a grown teenager how to kill walkers. Wtf have they been doing for the last 10 years before Daryl popped up? That pilot guy is way too gullible to have survived for this long. Since when do you randomly invite strangers to sleep in your house then leave her alone in your house by herself while your thousands of feet in the air? The episode was good but there was too many incompetent shit that they wanted me to ignore. 5.5/10.

The first episode will be in London, then the rest in Spain. Theyre only filming in probably one or two street's, so very little CGI. The street there filming in looks like London to me. The reason theyre filming the London scenes in Spain, is simple economics. Filming in London would be difficult, and more costly. Filming in Spain, where theyre already filming, is much easier for the cast and crew. Getting them all to film in London for an episode or less, then getting all the cast and crew back to Spain to film the rest, is actually dumb. Doing it ALL in Spain makes perfect sense, and Im suprised you cannot see that.

His loss is SO keenly felt in the fact that Series One is unrivalled one of the greatest pieces of TV produced in the 2010s, and an absolute master class of environmental storytelling, while the remainder of the series slowly declines in quality and viewership. The direction is shown so closely so many of the highlights of production, and creativity on display, and it's a genuine tragedy that AMC screwed him over. There's very few moments that compare to the girl on the bike, the man in the tank, the locked doors with graffiti, the CDC tapes and so many more Classic S1 TWD Moment in the level of depth and quality they provide the universe

Just got to this point in the show and the fact Charlie is the one who shot him is to big of a controversy because you can't kill the little girl she was just getting revenge after nick killed her father figure but I'll watch the rest of the season this weekend

Martin (Terminus guy who threatened to strangle a baby and casually talks about keeping the hat of a teenager they’re about to slaughter). 2. Alpha (literally kills anyone who talks back to her and abuses her own daughter whom she has a twisted idea of love towards. She weirdly loves her daughter but without Lydia nothing would stop her savagery from reaching the extreme). 1. The Governor (cares for absolutely nothing but his own power and ego. Limitless evil out of everyone here. He brainwashes people knowing that he will dispose of them later on and desperately wants to take the prison instead of living in harmony all because of jealousy and pride).

To this day I can't get over how they turned TWD into the lowest quality cheap Soap Opera styled cliche banger. I will never forgive AMC for what they did to a once great show.

10. Merle Dixon (short lived character but he stole every scene for me). 9. The Governor (carried his weight on the show and was the best villain. Simple.) 8. Madison (s1-3 seeing her slowly transition into evil was cool but we never even had a chance to properly see it). 7. John Dorie (he was the best character in the seasons he was in and I wish Nick and Madison stuck around so they could have had more scenes with him). 6. Morgan (actor delivered on his role and I sometimes had enough of him but mostly entertaining. He would have been higher if he wasn’t so poorly written). 5. Glenn (soul of the show. Wish he had a bit more interactions with Rick post s4 since they were kind of a duo at the start. Consistent character who never once faulted to bad writing but I just wish he had more to do in s6 which was his last season). 4. Troy (I liked him slightly more than Shane so that’s why he’s here instead of Shane). 3. Negan (surprisingly good redemption arc but they sort of downplayed his bad actions a little bit which is the only fault I can give to his character. 2. Daryl (had to take over the show after Rick left and did a good job at it. Damaged him a bit during the Saviour arc but he made a great recovery afterwards. I wish his character reached a conclusion instead of sending him off to Paris but that’s just me. 1. Rick & Nick share the top spot. (I realised I added to many names but I didn’t want to get rid of them).

Thank you for doing this what if, I was hoping to see a scenario where he survives until the very end but you make some valid points, season 4 would've definitely been way more enjoyable with Troy Would you consider doing a what if where the governor didn't die and met negan

I’ve always been 50/50 on Troy. He had so much potential but at the same time he wasn’t supposed to last long anyways. He had more impact “dying” in s3 rather than if it was s4 instead. I wish Travis got a more impactful death like he created the bridge explosion so he actually dies for something meaningful.

What if the Proctors came back for revenge in season4 and we actually got some continuation from where we left off?

Perhaps Erickson would have actually brought back Troy as well. Only he would have executed it better. By showing and not just telling for starters.

Your suggestions have merits Here are some of my thoughts - no need to wipe out Beale and all of the CRM elite soldiers. More simply, imprison all of the leaders and put the Civic republic in charge of everything - go into a bit of detail letting us know just how big the civic republic is and where some of their outposts are located - show Elizabeth Kublek (from world beyond) - give some explanation of why Beale thought that they had only 14 years left. If this was legit, the civic republic should be making plans to deal with it - have a little bigger reunion at the end and let the audience know where they were meeting and what the timeline was

I heard season 3 was one of the best seasons even when compared to the original show, but im 8 episodes into the season and the amount of stupid and inexplicable decisions characters make is getting ridiculous. If this was the best of fear then i dont even wanna know what happens next.

I find morgan to be insufferable in every season across both shows. He is a major deterrent to keep watching fear the walking dead past season 3. He should not get to come in and be the new main character after we have had the others lead for 3 seasons. It is such a bad choice from the writers.

the fact that they didn't tie everything back together...is where they really shit the bed imo...like how is there no reunion with the entire group???...seems like a no brainer to reunite Rick and Michonne with Daryl, Carol, Maggie, and obviously Neegan

I don’t like constantly commenting on old videos but I need clarification on the whole Oceanside thing. I like the idea of killing them off and keeping the Sanctuary but I don’t understand why Beatrix is killing her own people bc she wants to kill Saviours. Also don’t get the deal that was cut between them and Jadis. Were they now working for Jadis? What mutual gain do they get by this arrangement? Sorry to be a bother I’m just intrigued.

Honestly I would replace Jadis with Gareth and leave Jadis probably somewhere in the top 15. Gareth was a good villain for only 3 episodes.

S2 I kept mostly the same but the main difference is that Morales’ family is still there but it is still Sofia who is found in the barn. The season ends with Morales’ wife and daughter both being mauled by walkers at the barn. Otis’ wife still gets mauled as well. Jimmy escapes with Rick, Carl and Herschel. Andrea escapes with the others. S3: The group finds the prison as normal but we see Michonne who is watching them from outside the prison. We don’t know who she is or if she’s hostile at first. The same plots continue up until ep 4 where Jimmy gets bit closing the gate instead of T dog and he sacrifices himself once he realises he’s already dead. Plot 1: Rick is losing his mind all seasons as he is constantly having hallucinations. He’s all over the place and no one can seem to get to him. Andrea keeps checking up on him but he seemingly gets worse. Plot 2: Oscar proves himself and the two prisoners are allowed to stay. This will lead to be a problem later on as we see Axel is looking suspicious around Beth. Oscar notices this and confronts him about it. Axel plays it cool but he left a bad vibe in the air. One day Beth tucks in Judith as she is sleeping but when she walks into a room by herself she is then jumped by Axel. She tries everything to get away but she is pinned down. She is just about to die but then she is saved last minute by Oscar who knocks him down. Axel is placed in a cell as the group discuss what is the most suitable punishment for him. Oscar regrets not telling the group sooner about him noticing Axel’s weird change of behaviour but Beth thanks him for saving her. Rick is out of the conversation as he is still seeing ghosts. While everyone is talking Carl takes matters into his own hands and in his badass way he shoots Axel and kills him. The group is shocked by this and somewhat disappointed that they didn’t get to give him a proper punishment but Carl didn’t want to let him sit there breathing while everyone is wasting their time on him (this is the savage Carl that will continue on). Plot 3: this is the main plot and it’s when Michonne slowly uncovers the facade of the Governor and escapes. Because she has caused havoc he sends Merle after her like we saw in the show. Michonne is injured and hides in a building. Conveniently, Daryl, Glenn and Maggie are on a supply run. Glenn and Maggie get captured by Merle while Daryl goes inside the building. He sees Michonne and he is sketchy of her but she is injured so she isn’t prepared to fight him. She says she is friendly and Daryl takes her back to camp. They take her in and question her. She tells them all about the Governor. Meanwhile Glenn and Maggie are captured. Merle talks with Glenn before getting angry and throwing a walker at him. Glenn narrowly escapes. Meanwhile Maggie is being talked to by the Governor and he forces her like in the show. Despite Maggie complying to save Glenn it amounted to nothing as the Governor cuts Glenn’s hand off as she can only hear him screaming in agony from the pain. Merle wasn’t 100% on board with this and was shocked when he found out what the Governor did to him. Rick’s group save them and Michonne heads into the Governor’s room to finish the job. There is a big fight scene but Daryl comes in to warn Michonne that she needs to escape and she hesitates which causes the Governor to escape. Daryl is however caught though and his brother Merle are both trapped. The same happens in the show but everyone makes it home alive (including Oscar). Daryl and Merle go there separate ways like in the show and the prison gets attacked by the Governor. Morales gets killed in this attack (like Axel did in the show) and the Dixon bros help the group clear the walkers. Morales’ son has lost his entire family and he is too scared to carry on without them so he takes Morales’ gun and kills himself while laying next to his father. The group is rattled as they’re mourning Morales and his son. And Glenn has to get over losing his hand, meanwhile Merle is there. Glenn wants him gone and T dog also has complicated history with him. Merle speaks with Herschel like in the show and he gets solid advice. T dog and Merle put their indifferences aside while Glenn isn’t quite there yet. Same with Michonne.

This show made me hate morgan its goofy to me how bad it was, stopped watching on the episode where john and june get married then separated. Eastman wouldn't have wanted morgan to ask for virginas help, then john was killed by dakota what a shitty death they already did the "child shoots adult" narrative.

I'll agree that Isabelle is at risk this season, as are most of the people at the Nest. However, I can also see many of the survivors fleeing elsewhere in France, or even on to Spain. The initial S3 setting in England could end up being a misdirection. It's already been announced that they are planning to film in Santiago de Compostela - which Lo Sang mentioned visiting back in season 1
