Hi Sarah - Catching up on lots of Flosstube! Love your choice of projects! I was thrilled to see that you completes Nutcracker Parade - Adorable! And your progress on Empress Eugenia is amazing! Santa of the Woods, the rustic Santa by Artecy, Joan Elliot’s geisha, and the Mirabilia fancy ladies are a few of my personal favorites. But all of your stitching is just beautiful. I think you need to choose one of your Amy Stewart full coverage designs to put lots of time into because you clearly appreciate her use of color and her design choices. Hi, you are fast becoming another of my favorites!😊😊 So, I turn 71 next month and will be starting my first Heaven and Earth Design project called Vintage Quilt. I’m still waiting for the floss pack to arrive. I figure at my age, my fingers better stitch like the wind to get that puppy done. 😅😅😅. Yes I enjoyed stitching the stockings. The patterns were presents from a friend of mine over the years. When she passed, I gave a stocking to each of her children and their families I still have5 of them.

I just found your flosstube and am really enjoying all your Wip's and plans. Something you said struck a chord..."I love the colors in this" and "what do you guys think?". You know, when I first started back to stitching, I was overwhelmed by all of the eye candy, so I would buy this pattern and that pattern. When I finally started settling into my own favorites and color choices, I decided to work on the ones that I would decorate my walls with. That is how I manage my Wips. It does not keep the number down, lolol, but it keeps the decision on what to work on more on track than before. You have some gorgeous things to work on...

I always enjoy seeing Empress Eugenie. You’ve made so much progress that I think it’d be a rewarding feeling for you to see it continue to grow. Love all the variety in your projects and would love a WIP parade.
