I think the 780 is a good sweet spot especially with frame gen. The units with the 880m are as expensive as the HX99G which is like 2x to 4x faster

4060 will easily give 4070 performance with DLSS QUALITY but 4070 can’t give 4080 performance whatsoever, both have 8GB VRAM 😢

I don't know what you have going on in the background on these systems because the 880M and 890M can perform a lot better than these results would have us believe.. ETA prime channel has tested them both extensively and the 880M in AAA games gets above 60fps average and games like forza horizon 5 gets over 100fps average!! The results shown here he manages to get out of the 780M and with FSR 3 and frame gen on the 780M gets 70fps in most AAA games some are a tad lower and racing and eSports get above 120fps!! The 890M and the 880M with frame gen and FSR 3 get 90fps average in AAA games and 150fps in racing and eSports games. Idk if you have a bios issue with settings or background tasks ruining pulling down performance in game but your tests compared to several different channels are a good 20fps to 40fps out of whack.

i don´t know what "Ulter" Settings mean, but only 2 Frames difference between RTX 4050 and 890 M in nearby every game is cheated somehow. So for example in Red Dead Redemtion 2 many other benchmarks say that the RTX 4050 is on par but in most cases definitive stronger than the integrated 890M igpu. May be we got other results when the strix halo version arrives...
