    Hi Wilson - you're doing important work as evidenced by this video; your videos and book should be incorporated into a school curriculum, among other settings. The purpose and methods you set forth are not limited to Buddhist ideology but are universal - dare I say, Catholic - precepts. This is important for people to know: you're not trying to indoctrinate anyone and everybody can apply these beneficial techniques to their life. I, myself, am a teacher for the visually impaired and plan on sharing this with my colleagues. Well done sir!
