could someone explain to me how detailed is the lexus training??

On my 2013 CT you slide the back of the keyfob of. Then you loosen the small screws that covers the batteri.

My question is I have cleaned the key fob and changed the battery. So, why am I still having the same problem. Key is not detected. Thanks for your help in this matter
