    No need 10 hours. 1 hour can already. Cook rice with lots of water 30 mins. Wet soft rice to blender finely till no residue. Add more water in pot porridge and cook another 30 mins. Base Porridge ready. Seasoning salt, chicken stock sauce (maggi), chicken carcass (1 or 2) depending how much porridge cook

    No need 10 hours boil. Cook rice in rice cooker 20 mins, blender finely with water/ chicken stocks, boil blendered rice 1 hour. Use the porridge for steamboat continue to boil while eating (steamboat). Steamboat porridge is very2 watery.

      It’s entirely the same cut he just has a different cross section. Butt refers to a large barrel which they used to pickle tough cuts in brine hence Boston butt. The rear of the pig shoulder would be called ham or green ham

    Did anybody catch the major health cross contamination? After taking out the pork from the marinade, You have to collect reserve liquid and cook it to reaching a boil, reduce heat and continue cooking for additional 3 minutes. Wha he did is contaminate the pork with bacteria 3 times when brushing the raw sauce that the pork was sitting in. That's a major NO NO in the Food service health industry.

      Yes, it’s a BIG NO, NO! SALMONELLA WARNING!!! Either boil the leftover marinade from the RAW MEAT well and properly, or throw it away and mix a new small CLEAN BATCH!!!

      Boiling the marinade or scrapping it and starting fresh is a waste of time and material. It's cooking in the oven at three times the heat necessary to kill salmonella.

    The voice is so creepy I actually think you should consider keeping it. Make it a signature thing 😆. I liked the awkward weird laugh as you shuffled your cat off. Anyway, I always thought the butt and shoulder were the same. What’s most important is that the recipe looks fantastic.

      Need more crust need to amp up heat get good burnt edges still keep it juicy. Uncle might be ok with peanut or sesame oil. I use sesame not a 1/4 cup.
