I want to ask you, is it possible for me to do this process also on acrylic, and is the gel alone strong on these nails, or is it only acrylic?
I believe so, but i do find it adheres better on a slight tacky base. Which i have because of the gelpolish layer. Or you can but a basecoat layer first.
When I sponge it creates small stones why does it do that
Its small little airbubbles, i have those too. But the topcoat blurres it all away!

Its called Venalisa. Found on amazon. Basecoat and color are from same brand

I fell in love with this look!! I tried this on my natural nails. I didn't have dark brown, so I used dark pink and beige. 12 out 10 🥰🥰🥰
What nail polish brands did you use and brand

What I personally would do (I've never tried it, I'm just now getting into nails) is do my base nude color, cure, then I do just the white and kinda work it and cure between layers. Does this work?? I just feel like it would be easier. This method worked really good though, love it!
Try an see what works for you. Ive tried several methods and sponges tll i found the best way for me 😊

ive followed numerous sponge techniques yet for some reason instead of adding polish to my fake nail, it takes it off every time. What am i doing wrong?
Are you curing in between each layer? Are you using gel or regular polish ?

Maybe the polish is to thin? And are you using gelpolish?
You’re the first one that I’ve seen that didn’t keep applying polish to the sponge yet it looks just as good!😮
Im trying to save sone product haha, this method can be a waste really quick as is soaks it al up 😅
What type a spoong you use
Just a regular flat make up sponge you can find in beauty supply stores. Same as the triangle shapes ones
I like your method because it makes sense. I have not tried ombre because the other methods did not resignate with me. Your method does and because if that I will be doing ombre nails very soon. Thank you for sharing.

What’s kind the bunch you used?
I dont use a particular brush, except for the gelpolish ones, but those come with the polish offcourse. The brand is venalisa. And the sponge is from local drugstore. A makeup sponge x

@@byayveonails but everytime u do the spnge blending do u seal it in the light and keep going or u keep blending until the light .....because I believe 2 coats are required to seal gel In place?
Wow its beautiful pls is the brown suppose to dey before you put the white?
Thank you so much! ❤️The brown base is supposed to be dry before you put the white ombre color. Always cure atleast 60sec inbetween layers
