Been there. I had a unit a few months ago that was the nastiest and smelliest unit ever. These folks must have packed up their flood damaged items, all still wet and put in a storage unit. Smelled like cat piss and everything was covered in black mold. Unit looked very clean in pics. Took two complete trailers and two runs to the dump to clear out a 5x5 due to the immense weight of the wet items. Clothes were complete mush. Then I had to disinfect my trailer. Nothing was salvageable.
At first that’s what we seen but after going through the stuff better we have now profit $1000
So basically you paid them to clean out that storage locker
It would be nice if you would get closer so we could SEE SOMETHING😮

(They take people personally belongings. To sell it to make money.) 2 PETER 2:4 In their greed people will exploit you. We live in a greedy world.
I appreciate the comment.. I’m not religious and don’t know of any of the passages you mentioned but I agree this is a rich man’s world and I am the poor soul who lives in it..
What a shitty business to capitalize on someone’s belongings after they couldn’t pay for their storage.
This person passed away and no one in the family wanted to attend to the unit .. but if units are not auctioned off belongings end up in the dump
What a shitty jealous attitude to insult people trying to make a honest living.
You have no clue, owners are given multiple calls, texts and emails for months before the unit is auctioned off. If there is no buyer it gets dumped. Most buyers will give back personal items but alot of the time the facility doesn't want it back. You can say what you want it's a business and that's it. Owners have the opportunity and responsibility to pay their bills on time or this is what happens

Still made money back but can’t always get a good unit…
So they took out all the junk from other lockers that was left behind and put it in this one and let you win it. That's another way to clean out storages for that company. How much profit did you made?

I put the windows up for sale.. $400 and $200 and door for $200 ..and the tools and fishing supply are almost gone another $200 there.. not the best unit but still made money.
Well done packing that trailer and remaining level headed with each other. What a team you all make. Hats off to you all.

The cross you showed, is from the inside of a casket. Not wall decor. That tote is full of somebody’s dead grandmas crafts that the person inherited when Grammy died.
If that stuff hasn’t sold, you should consider returning those items. They don’t give a rats ass about losing everything else, I’d bet.
