    have known for many years especially when seeing decaying of the quality of food refrigerated, what about mushrooms, berries, lettuce, unused portions of tomatoes and onions once cut. I am one person and if I do not consume at once, I have no choice but to put it in fridge, then the next time I go to eat it, it is mushy or spoiled, like peppers for instance, or tomatoes. why are most of these produces in cool refrigerated places in the supermarkets and some health food stores

    I do not go through all those drinks i wake up in the morning take a Tsp of apple cider vinegar i eat a lot of onion pickles drink ginger tea some times green tea and drink water all day and for heart rate walk up and down my second floor steps out to the end of my back yard and i also have an exercise bike
