I hear that a lot. Let me try to phrase my answer. Imagine humanity is His child. Imagine how He would help and teach humanity or even punish it like in the Old Testament as it’s normal for a Father and a child. Now imagine in today’s world how that child, which is humanity, is obviously already an adult after thousands of years. How much does your Father need to help you actually? Because he does help you by the way even if you don’t understand that. But if you imagine Him coming down to fix your problems OR even worse - blaming Him for all your problems… then you’re a pretty irresponsible adult I might say. A weak one as well. Take (group) responsibility for the problems and additionally - try to help fixing them, instead of playing the victim.

However if you replace the word God in my video with anything else it will lose all logic and meaning. I understand what you’re saying. That’s also why I specifically talk about God, not religion. Additionally, everything has its flaws and they usually come from people. If we treat each other (now and in the past) in the way you see and describe, which is the case, please, try to imagine what it was thousands of years back without the Bible. P.S. I was literally saying 1:1 the same things you’re writing about 7 years ago. You just need time 💯👍

I wouldn’t want to talk about flaws, especially those of someone else, before I manage to fix my own flaws. I advise you do the same as there are not many people that have achieved the required status to point fingers at anybody - especially at God. P.S. and no I don’t believe God has flaws as he is the one that determines what needs to happen , even if it’s through pure will. A person that has his life handled and disciplined can simply accept that and continue to become stronger and more righteous.

If a colleague that you need behaves this way you can try what I mentioned in the video. Another way to do it is to actually offer them your help (in whatever way possible) and make sure you’re transparent with them that you need experience. It’s not always about talking, sometimes it’s just about showing 💯

I agree, and thanks for the comment. That’s why we will focus in the next videos on how people can become more than resources. Funny enough as you say, the companies use employees as resources and don’t see them as people, however a huge percentage of those hires place themselves in that group even before they work for the company. This is something that comes out naturally from society more so than is a strategy for a business.

I hate dealing with many workers at a job in person cause the chances are high that the work environment will end up toxic regardless if the job pays well I rather make money dealing with very little or no people at all. All it takes is one annoying person the boss or worker to ruin the day. It's even worst when it’s multiple toxic people and when you put up with them for many hours it can give you so much stress and anxiety. Which is not good for your mental health especially if it happens for many years. The boss might fire you the company goes slow causing you to get laid off or worst the company goes out of business. Automation comes in or you get disabled, especially with how the economy is right now it’s good to find other ways to make money like side hustles as backups cause you can’t trust some of these corporations.
