Those helicopters are not from Coast Guard. They belong to the Presidential Airlift Wing of the Philippine Airforce

Ask ko lang po bakit po di na nila kaya iupgrade yan loakan airport samantalang sa ibang lugar dito sa pilipinas kabi kabilaan ang upgrade ng airport.
Maganda sana for upgrading pero wala nang ihahaba yung runway kasi. Sa tingin ko instrumentation na lang and improvement sa existing runway ang pwede.
