A Doctor Explains How to Make the Safest Face Mask

A doctor explains how to make the safest face mask. This is a safe face mask that if built properly should be donated to your local emergency services. It utilizes a HEPA filter, which is much, much better than a cotton mask. I know it's ancient history now but I read these hepa bags also contain toxic stuff like fibreglass that gets released when cut and then get inhaled and damage lungs, before entering the bloodstream. Just saying - apropos the next pandemic.

Face masks are a filter that holds every known air particles that's out there. And the government has ya thinking it's going to protect you NOT. Food For thought:. If you use filters to catch air particle in your home AC and car AC system what you think ya walking around with. Covid, micron, the koodies and what ever else they wanna name it. #wakeup #liars #misdirection

Much easier to just cut filters out of the HEPA and insert them into the cloth mask. No, the filtrete HEPA filters do not contain fiber glass for those asking but you still shouldn’t be inhaling them. Put fabric between the filter and your face. Another reason to make these as inserts and not sew them into a mask. You also need to be able to wash the mask and REPLACE YOUR FILTERS. Inserts also eliminate the worry about the holes from stitching. The filter is not touched. But huge thanks to these Docs making these videos. This is how I learned to make masks that protect the wearer and we’re still a covid free family in 2022. Pro tip! If you’re crafty, skip the pricy vacuum bags and buy yourself a TRUE HEPA HVAC filter. Once you remove the stuff holding it together you get FIFTEEN FEET of filter! Much cheaper and you get much more out of it. But you must take GREAT CARE when you undo the filter. Otherwise you’ll end up with tiny pin holes and little rips in it. DO NOT use a piece you poked a hole in. Not worth it. Find a section with no holes. I lost half my filter the first time I tried but 7 feet is still a lot. Now I can do it without losing more than a foot or two to damage. I use a small pen knife for crafting and the blade with the rounded edge I find best as it doesn’t poke and slice unwanted like straight edge does. And lastly, for those questioning this man regarding “virus size”. You are incorrect. End of story. They use HEPA filters in those covid suits at the hospital to filter their air. It actually performs slightly better than N95. Look it up, HEPA vs N95. Lots of studies. Just make sure your masks has a PROPER FIT. If your glasses fog the fit is not good. Metal nose pieces are cheap on amazon and easy to slide into the seam of the 2 mask layers. You can even snip a mask you buy and slide the metal into that seam then sew your tiny slit shut again. You can also cut a slice on the far edge of the INNER LAYER of fabric in a mask you buy that has no filter pocket and slide your filter in between the two layers of fabric. I use the liquid stuff that seals fabric edges where I make my cut so the fabric doesn’t unravel. Thank you again good sir for the video! You docs 100% are the reason my family has gone 2 years Covid free. Forever grateful!

excellent video. i am a medical and aerospace engineer who specializes in material science and ppe. Just remember we do not breathe out a virus. A virus completly depends on a larger host cell to replicate itself(the virus) and infect others. we breathe out these infected host cells. The smallest host cell that allows for sucessfull replication of ANY virus is 0.4 microns. any smaller, the virus can not replicate. A single sheet of cotton fabric of 600 tpi, can indeed block 96% of 0.3 and above sized microns. i have data published by the american chemical society on this:)

The safest mask is No mask! -- Mask wearing exponentially increases pathogenic contamination and community spread by magnitudes. (despite what they're saying about C19, Fomite is how ubiquitous pathogenic microbial's have always spread like wildfire) -- Every exhaled breath leeches saliva moisture to the outside of the mask fibers that are constantly and compulsively being touched, adjusted, pulled up and down etc etc. Hence Fomite transmission at an incalculable worldwide scale. -- This is well established, documented empirical knowledge based on over 65 years of Fomite transmission study and observation. One thing that is mathematically certain about human nature, at mass population numbers, outside of an extremely controlled environment, (ie hospital surgeon setting) strict infectious disease mask wearing protocol is not and cannot be adhered to. Complacent human behavior is inevitable and rampant, which in turn creates the perfect conditions for mass Fomite population pathogenic spread. This is fact and undisputed. -- Only in the past few short months have the so called experts decided that mask wearing is life saving lore fact, based on complete and utter junk science, put in place to induce fear. A Visual symbol of submissive compliance to the governments orders and nothing more. The intent is radically bizarre yet abundantly clear, mass population fear and hysteria by censorship of empirical science, data and facts in order to suppress free will and rational thought.
