U needed to see me at the market today, looking for cassava flour everywhere I was told there's nothing like that, apart from futu flour, plz sister, break it down for me Is it Lafun? Dats white Amala is also made with cassava
it is made from cassava roots but the difference is that lafun, fufu and pupuru are fermented while high quality cassava flour is not fermented
ask for cassava flour from people selling baking ingredients. for clarity i know atleast four companys producing cassava flour atman cassava flour ifygreen cassava flour niji cassava flour eagleson cassava flour and goldenlad cassava flour

I've been looking for this recipe for a while, thank you for this ma'am. This masa/massa or mosa(yoruba tongue 😅) is different from the ones Hausas(northern Nigeria) make. I used to eat this snack while growing up, granulated sugar is sprinkled on it... ❤
