I love the way that you say certain things are legal versus illegal and not only do you educate on how to protect yourself you educate on what is legal and illegal and I'm so grateful because not only do I know how to knock someone out I also know when it is legal to do so LOL

    the most important thing in a powerfull left hook or a right hook doesn't matter is leadleg in front, medium distance hook, the hand has to be vertical, and most importantly the last thing you need to do is a slight squat almost invisible before launching the hook and that's where all the power comes from, you're almost throwing an uppercut/hook hybrid

    Interestingly, this is also Bruce Lee’s technique, except after the snap Bruce would clench and only at the last nanosecond did his hand form a fist AFTER first contact as he drove THROUGH his target. You can practise this technique using a sheet of paper hanging - which makes your hand more of a knife than club - correction, knife THEN club. Forgive me if you’ve said this in other videos this the first time I’ve seen you (i subbed). Respect.

    I used to run 3 mile, 5 days and a session of intervals. Now, I just do 3x HIIT interval sessions which are super hard

    I always thought the Ali Shuffle was used to hide what stance you're gonna change into sorta to make a 50/50, cuz if you shuffle from orthodox into a southpaw, your right hand is automatically cogged for a leading hook

    Very late, but every Ali shuffle tutorial I see says "never go on your heels, always toes" but if you ever take a close look at Ali doing his shuffle, he always kept his heel down on his lead foot like you did at 14:12, I'm guessing to conserve time, just putting that foot forward to show the imitation of a solid stance. He was just so light and fluid, he never kept weight in that lead foot no matter how fast he went, which probably helped with keeping the torso from moving. That's what allowed him to shoot off in whatever direction he wanted from his rear foot, either bursting forward into his opponents or off to the side and countering their attacks.
