Here is a banana tree, purslane, tangerine tree, date palm, and squash growing in this corner planter.
The banana tree was a dormant/dying sprout. When banana trees don't get water they protect their heart, or center shoot until they are given a good watering. These plants were mostly raised with potable grey water from a kitchen.
