These are excellent vacuums if you have a lot of carpeting in your home. I have the older version with the gray handle.

I bought a 3600 PSI Dewalt pressure washer and only used it a few times then the braided pressure washer hose blew a hole in itself right by the handle. Finding the exact replacement part is very difficult! I was going to buy one of these washers for my father but since they put cheaply made hoses on them I will find another brand. It has a good motor and the hose is rated at 4000 PSI but it is a POS.

That's an interesting setup. Due to the noise level I'd assume it has a flow thru motor in it. I'd guess most manufacturers use 1.25" accessories due to a higher attachment compatibility though the kit this comes with should cover the basics. I see they also have an option hose reel option as an add on which looks quite nice.

Not only they’re great for commercial cleaning but they are extremely great for house cleaning. I enjoy using my like new vintage 2001 super coach vac with the 20” jetsweep floor tool for my house’s tile floor.

Ridgid needs to take notes to Improve water lift on the wet dry vacs.

Is that a muffler or a filter for the exhaust? Many wet dry vacuums spew dust through the exhaust port particularly if a bag isn't used.

Nice video! I was just given an old Kirby Heritage II that I cleaned up and fixed and I love that thing

The choke starts in the off position for cold start then you move it to the open position that is the same as the fuel lever.

That's a heck of a curb find! I just bought the same vacuum in 2022 and they cost around $300 new. I also have a non commercial model that is a Eureka "The Boss". It's exactly the same except it is yellow and has a light on the front of it. I found it in the trash where I used to live and the only issue was that the hose was clogged and it needed a new belt. Still using that old Eureka today and it still works great! The Eureka also has a few parts that are cheaper plastic compared to the Sanitaire. If you knock the dust out of the filter after every use and replace the belt lwhen it needs it, these vacuums will last for many years.
