The song IS weird. It's like Gospel Beatles, or Soul Beatles. But its not bad None of them including Ringo have the voices or choirs to pull it off If as others wrote, the weird soul stuff was George then the Ringo song itself is pretty basic. It could have been done poignantly by John Lennon with just a guitar the choirs is a weird choice
