Hi Ravindu. It's good to see you. I understand your desire to get knowledge about lifeboat. But unfortunately it's very difficult to explain one by one in a video with the time schedule which I have. But i will try to make another video as you requested. Until then I can guide you for further information. Try to search keywords which in this video in Google. If you wish to see more try SOLAS (safety of life at sea). It has all the requirements which should have in lifeboat. Feel free to contact me through watssap+94712445276.

the part, which is under the wooden wedges, which carry the ship, should not have been repainted?
These wooden pieces arranged according to the dock plan. This dock plan change in every dry dock. So the places under the wooden blocks will painted during next dry dock.

Great video, although it would have been nice to see the stripping and then painting of the hull, a 10 minutes video in segment stages would have covered it.
It doesn't get completely stripped as you can see by the patchwork application of undercoats. Some shot blasting or mechanical prep work on the shell where the paint has broke down to bare steel. Then primer coats, tie coat and top coat. Antifouling coat under the waterline
Too bad most of the work was glossed over /edited out
