This is a cheap and easy fix on a 2006 Mercury 25 4 stroke EFI that has a bad ECM. This ECU lost power from the ground source to the fuel pump. It happened shortly after an aftermarket (Quantum) fuel pump was installed.

Take a ride in T’Jay Pratt 712 Racing’s pure stock at Hattiesburg Speedway. This was the last race of the season for this track. We started pole for the heat race and won it. Ride along with us for our Pure Street Feature on night 1 of the Fall Brawl at Hattiesburg Speedway. We started last (P16) due to breaking a tie rod in the heat resulting in a DNF. Take a ride and endure our bad luck with us as we loose another Top 3 run. We started 4th. Car didn't like the characterized track and we fought tightness all night.
