that’s counter clockwise, clockwise and then counterclockwise, state board requires clockwise, counterclockwise then one more clockwise.. great video but wrong direction for the alternating pincurls

what gel are you using?
I use either black protein gel or for this video it was during covid so I ordered a big jar of clear gel from Walmart.
