I cant comment on the marzocchi forks I had kyb sss on my beta. But, with some revalving and setting up there's no reason they can't be competitive. I really enjoyed my beta, very powerful and lots of torque

@@reeceyj31 Does beta use allot more fuiel than the ktm?

@@Motors4LifeOfficial what are you mainly interested in? If it's enduro, the beta would be better suited however still capable on an mx track with some playing with the power valve and suspension a few clicks. If it's motocross I'd keep the sx then adjust accordingly for enduro as of when you ride it. The sx does seem juicier than the beta I would say, but it only has a 7.5 L tank, the beta was 11 I think don't quote me on it

Thankyou, I've not ridden a sx 250 yet. I've got a xc 250 now though, the biggest difference is the torque of the 300. The 250 likes to rev more. Such good fun

I have the kyb sss forks on. The bikes a 2015 so came with marzocchi then I believe. Anyway, the forks are good, could do with some fine tuning, nevertheless the bikes performance was better than mine 😂💪

To be honest I've never ridden an upto standard 250. Only 250 I've ridden was a crm 250 1991. I'm looking at the ktm xc models and contemplating a 250 or a 300. The 300 is extremely torqy

Hi Richard, the pipe is a pro circuit r-304 shorty. No jetting has been adjusted currently however, it is running rich as it stands and does need addressing. P. S the r304 pipe sounds so dam good

@@RichardHLawson I don't think they affect them critically. We also ride enduro and the bike loves it! So why not sound awesome at the same time! This is my dad's bike, I have a beta 300rr and want an r304 for mine too. Highly recommend!
