Can this be fed to a baby of one year?
Yes, I used soya beans together with pap (akamu) after 6 months exclusive breastfeeding. And used soya milk from 1 year.

Can i reduce the quantity of warm water added initially to get a thickier version
@@endalineaniefuna9304it depends on the stage you are, you can scoop out a little and adjust with more flour, then pour it back and mix all together. But if you have started cooking when you noticed it, continue, but be careful with water when it is thickened.

I have MOST of the spices include Crocodile peppers from Nigeria, I purchased at Amazon, I used to purchase the peanut powder, I will order them again, I am visiting Nigeria on a schedule tour in August, I will search for the long Black spices,
