It's not melting because you're putting fire to one small part without heating up the rest of it but he has to distribute evenly for it to melt this way you are just burning it concentrating a heat source that is too high for it it doesn't even have time to melt granted this is shitty cheese but still throw in the microwave you'll see

my cousin forgot she had a bagel in her toaster oven and had that same crappy cheese on top of it. the bagel was black and hard as a rock definitely burned and left in too long. the cheese was still the same color and not even melted. it doesn't get any more obvious than that. it would seem that everyone is in denial about their favorite American cheese. that stuff is no better than a pile of crap! lol!

And for the love of God, have you ever seen what happens to celery if you lay it on a piece of dry ice? You know what's worse for you than American cheese?
