Oh wow...I never even heard of a resin you can use in place of clay in the moulds! I actually have quite a few of the ReDesign moulds and LOVE them...I actually find them very comparable to IOD moulds and not nearly as expensive...I have quite a few of both, but IOD moulds can get very expensive! And I love that the ReDesign moulds are on Amazon so not only are they are under $20, but you also get free shipping, so win win if you cant afford to keep buying all the IOD moulds that come out, lol! I hope Prima comes out with transfers, too, because OUCH, the IOD ones can get VERY expensive! Yes they are beautiful, but they ARE costly! Just to buy one IOD transfer and a mould bought together, with shipping came to $75!! I just wish MORE DIYers on YT would use the Prima moulds. Ive only seen one other person use them and it was actually AFTER I commented about the costly price of IOD moulds plus shipping where you can usually find a similar design in the Prima line on Amazon & get free shipping w Prime...but even then in the video where she used the Prima mould as she popped the clay out of the mould she exclaimed how surprised she was that the whole thing came out in one piece bc that rarely happens with the Prima mould and I found this odd as Ive NEVER had that problem with any of the Prima moulds I use. Maybe IOD has a seller or YT incentive program, Either way, I love my Prima ReDesign moulds and never have an issue. I even get moulds from Ali Express for $2-5 and never have issues with those either even though they are sold as "cake decorating" moulds, lol! I have some GORGEOUS ones I got from Ali Express that look great on wood signs, etc. =)
