My Landlord said they don’t acknowledge DV. I went to the land lord. They were my power off trying to draw me outside. The were getting in through an another apartment coming through my attic. I woke up with them standing over me. The maintenance man was letting them in . They gave wasp spray. I finally a epo and police order because they him say was gonna kill me on the 911 and seen me. The always threatening me to take me jail and my teenager taken away. The wouldn’t change me locks and took my keys. The cops was say if they stayed at my house more than 2 days I gad to file eviction. I don’t have a chance. My landlord found about the Elian’s tried try to evict me. I won but he is destroying my credit and stole my purse. What do you when you have no help

Can the landlord still ask the tenant to pay the rent? Or is that considered harassment?

I want to raise the issue of mold possibly being sprayed from airplanes as part of a depopulation agenda. I cant find that now... it could have been hidden or censored, you could do a cross reference search for Leuren Moret and depleted uranium, I interviewed her in 2009 about this

How the heck is A/C not covered?? If a tenant lives in the desert and temps reach as high as 117, and the a/c breaks for an entire month, house heats up to dangerous temperatures making the home inhabitable. How can California tell a tenant that a/c is not covered? A person can heat stroke due to the conditions. How is this legal? May I also add the house has water damage bubbling of the wall paint, cracked ceiling, cracked foundation, doors not closing properly, etc….and the landlord demands full rent payment, and over a 1,000 in electricity due to broken a/c and broken well water pump.

What about if the mold is caused by roof leaks and you live in an HOA and the HOA is not addressing the mold?
