Nice to see speedway still going strong in NY.

Kind of crazy my brother-in-law and I built a Speedway track in Green New York called Action Park East a.k.a APE. Champion Speedway was one of the original Speedway tracks in Owego New York I used to go there when there was hay bails it didn't even have a wall yet. It was owned by Jack Crawford he had a Kawasaki ( J& J cycles) dealership in Vestal New York. It was a great time, good people, good party!!

This has to be a joke, a pussy little track and a bunch of bikes sounding like lawnmowers. Typical yanks bullshit. There’s a real speedway sport out there guys, it’s called the REAL WORLD. Just sayin!!! I forgot to mention there’s a crowd of almost 20 people

Gosh this brings back memories. My brother-in-law "GTO Joe" Morello myself Tom Buchta, Freddy Hanyon built that track. What good times we used to have there, party at the pavilion bands gosh very nostalgic for me.

hey! out of curiosity, is this your only cam of this race? My dad was doing this race, and was in the video, masters class. He unfortunately got wiped out in a crash and had to be rushed to hospital w/ a concussion and some other injuries. His number was 478 on a purple jersey, as seen in the first few seconds of the video. He can't remember what happened, so if you know if there's any videos of the crash please let me know!!! thank you!

Looks both fun & miserable.

Don't think its the riders fault but the tracks. Looks absolutely terrible - when you get a rider who's ridden on the world stage looking like he can't even slide the bike at all, you know somethings wrong. Hopefully they got it sorted for future events
