    Why did the Japanese lie about their swords / spears? Dragon fly landed on it, and got cut in two?? BULLSHIT! Blade cut through 6 human torsos? Bullshit! Used to kill a 'mountain witch'? BULLLSHIT! Don't get me wrong, this ISN'T in ANY way a criticism of the video!!

    I don't care what the swords represented to the Japanese soldiers. They got far less for starting the war than the allies would have got for losing it had the allies lost it.

    I wonder, will you be making videos about other lesser known Katana but owned by famous Daimyos and General who really used it for battle? For example the swords that belonged to Honda Tadataksu who owned a Masamune sword called Nakatsukasa beside his Tonbogiri spear. Meanwhile Tachibana Muneshige who owned a Kanemitsu where he used it to kill an assassin who realized he was actually cut in half after swimming to the other side of the river to escape from Tachibana. Or the pair of Muramasa sword owned by Sanada Yukimura where he was using it during Osaka doing a raid on Ieyasu camp. Also Shingen Takeda own personal sword Kai Go

    Most Westerners have an exaggerated image of ronin. 47 Ronin is a special case; Most ronin are second-born or later, and unless they are adopted by a samurai family that has no sons, or marry a daughter of a samurai family that has no sons and leave home, they must remain at home in case their first child dies. lived

    Only one person in a samurai family can become an officer, and no child can become an officer until the father retires. And it's only my first child. Second and subsequent children are job seekers (ronin). Ronin ends up leading a stressful life. Some committed crimes(serial killer)

    One of the things that contributed to the wildness of the American Wild West was the end of the American Civil War. The Civil War flooded the country with cheap guns, and people who could not get used to peace again went west.

    • @sid2112
      @sid2112 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That is an incredible misstatement of historical facts. The "Wild West" was nowhere near as wild as the movies made it out to be. The sensationalism of tabloids at the time did their part too. The west was a harsh life, but you had more trouble with wildlife that you did with most people. As far as the guns are concerned, they all had guns before the Civil War and continued to do so afterwards. The 2nd Amendment saw to that long before any war ever did.
