As far as that crack goes in the block it’s libel to keep growing unless you put it into it the way you put it into. It is to drill a hole at the end of the crack. A small hole say 1/8 of an inch diameter has to go all the way through that JB welder probably hold her a while, but if you want to try to weld it, the best thing you can do is grind out where that crack is so that when you weld it, you put some material in there and you’re gonna need a high nickel rod to do it you can talk to some folks that did motors in a Automotive machine shop the old motors made out of cast-iron. nothing wrong with JB well and it’ll probably run just fine like that for five or 10 years. Have fun with them. I have two as well. My granddad had one. I love my tractors. They are kind of a paid up carburetor be very, very, very about letting the engine run.

That amp/watt meter needs only 1 wire running through. It can be Neg or Pos wire depending which direction your your inductor faces. But 1 wire not 2 they are cancelling each other out
