As a home inspector who has done inspections in Colorado... Yep typical Colorado building code. Best to just import your custom home builder and their trades from a different state if you want to spend that kind of Money. Great video, Ellie! I actually learned quite about Foco that I didn’t know. You forgot to mention the Polar Plunge 5k and cold plunge that occurs every January! Actually, Foco has quite a bit of 5ks and other races :) I did the Polar Plunge 5k and another 5k with dogs that benefited animals :)
