12v cummins engine swap first start on this engine in over eight years.
Swapped out my 360,000 mile engine engine for this low mile one . .55 delivery valves 5 x 12 injectors max and blueprinted injection pump 410 cc of fuel. K27 turbo.  Head studs 60lb springs and full reseal.

@truckcampertraveler7369 I just got it 20 000 km ago took me years to find it. I got a lifetime to build it. Then rebuild it again. Would love to get it to the point where I can take it on the back trails to go camping.

@@lowbornfabrication I definitely noticed it’s way more crispy than my last one. The other one ran fine. I just blew up fifth gear on my transmission and had it out and had this motor sitting in the garage for years so I decided to do the swap.

Nice build, i got a 2001-Dodge-Ram-1500 off road edition with 5.9 gas this last summer, fixing it up for camping. Have the same iceco refrigerator in the back set as well. I'm adding a second battery under the hood with 100Ah lithium battery and dc to dc charge controller. Putting a little switch box in the bed for lights, fans, phone charger etc. Bought a SUV tent that works great off the end of the tooper. Happy camping 😊
