Same here on 2016 caravan. Went ahead andreplaced the pump because why not? Filter, as described was clogged with blue slime. Hosed it clean. Works like new.

Yup, was clogged with ORANGE goo in my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, a ton of it. For anyone wondering, you don't need to uninstall anything, you can go under the bumper, under where you fill the washer fluid, and the pump kind of attaches to the bottom of the reservoir tank, and extends down into it. So you pop it up carefully, and odds are the filter is still inserted into the tank. You can't see it, but you can reach around the lip and feel it. Pry it up (carefully), and if it's like mine, the contents of the washer fluid tank will spill out, along with big chunks of disgusting orange goop, and the filter will look NASTY. Clean it off, reinsert it, attach the pump down into that filter, fill it up, DONE. Huzzah!

Im using a set of plastic car ramps, makes it alot quicker and easier.

Does alot of oil get caught in the undercarriage while draining when you don't remove it?

Not supposed to jack it up from there. The jack stands are at a good jacking point, wood not required on jack stands.
