Running an experiment... The original file is recorded using the Xbox Game DVR function on Xbox One X, which can only go up to 30 FPS regardless of the resolution, 720p, 1080p, 4K. I then use Flowframes to interpolate the frames to 60 FPS without changing the settings other than the video output framerate. I thought MCC was on dedicated servers? Could be also that it was my wonderful internet connection.
I'm not trying to give you a hard time but when a host migration happens it happens to every player not just one. Also MCC is on dedicated servers so host migrations don't even happen. There was one week 2 years ago where 343 had to fix issues with the servers kicking players so they switched back to P2P briefly but that was for a week if even that.
