Easy Ramen Noodles | Quick & Delicious
In this video, I show you how to make my own twist on ramen noodles that's quick, easy and delicious
INGREDIENTS
2 Ramen packets (discard seasoning)
1 small bunch Pak Choi
5 tenderstem brocolli stalks
1 cup shiitake mushrooms
1 medium red onion
5 cloves garlic
1 small knob ginger
1/2 tbsp red pepper
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock/broth
1 cup water
salt to taste
drizzle of soy sauce
drizzle of chilli oil

How much grams of protein per table spoon
Approximately 6.5g, note however that many store bought protein powders are served bigger spoons which are usually equivalent to about 3.5 tbs. So you can decide to increase to 2 or 3 tbs if that’s what you prefer
