THank you so much for compiling all this footage together. As an avid Oasis fan. Its so hard to find cool footage of Liam and Noel but most importantly the "behind the scenes" people. if you're a true oasis fan you notice that noel walking out of the band is the most reasonable thing anybody's done. He was at the age of 40 (Quarter into his life) so not only was he writing the songs, he was drug use, partying, dealing with liam, dealing with the music industry. It was all on his back yet he Thugged it out. plus the constant touring. No wonder he crashed out

Great album but too many Liam tracks (they are mid) and Liam shoulda been on vox on Part of the Queue. Oh, and Lord Don't Slow me Down shoulda been on it too (with Liam on vox)

It was the intro drumming on Turn up the Sun that got me listening to Oasis again. I hadn't listened to them for years due to them going commercial in the mid 1990s. The last album is also good. I think this is how Noel wanted Oasis to be like

For people who dont like this album, clearly just want oasis to keep making the same songs they had been doing for thwir first 3 albums. The fact is dont believe the truth & Dig out your soul were oasis's biggest selling albums since Be Here Now. It has some of the best songs written by noel in years, has 2 of the best songs liam ever wrote. Was also both top 20 albums in America. The dont believe the truth tour sold 3.2 million tickets. Lyla, The importance of being idle, part of the queue, let their be love, Turn up the sun were all great songs. Some people dont like it because itvdisnt have "The oasis sound" and probably think standing on the ahoulder of giants is a great album.

This album was weak and sounds like high flying birds. The only true sounding oasis track is shock of the lightening.

such a shame the only had zac starky for such a short time. He sounds mega on the album and live on tour. Shame they couldnt keep him as he works for the who. Im sure Chris Sharrack will be on drums for the reunion but zac would be great.

Las primeras 7 canciones son buenísimas, por fin estaban haciendo un sonido atrevido, rockero y con energía y buen gusto pero aún por mejorar, siempre creí que debieron haber trabajado con Rick Rubin como productor, que potenciara ese lado creativo de la banda. O incluso debueron haber crrado canciones entre todos, tal vez las canciones podían tomar otra dirección. Mi álbum favorito y que sé sin ninguna duda que fácilmente es de los mejores de la banda, compitiendo incluso por un 3er puesto con el Be Here Now.

If you still want to compare Oasis to The Beatles, then this album would be their Rubber Soul. And also ties in with it's the coolest both The Beatles and Oasis ever looked from a fashion sense.

GEM!!! is so under-rated. love this band and they are back, when this came out, life was great. young and care-free. great times
